- Essential criteria for bidders
- Have a valid business license and registration status in Uganda.
- Have a valid tax clearance certificate from the Uganda Revenue Authority stipulating conformance to Uganda tax regimes.
- Have at least five years of experience providing similar services to various organizations.
- Have a proven track record of delivering quality products and services, with references from previous clients.
- Have adequate financial and technical capacity to fulfill the contract obligations.
- Comply with the environmental, social, and ethical standards of SFU.
- Offer competitive and reasonable prices and payment terms.
